Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current California OT license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Pediatric and school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Experience with IEP processes and documentation

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students functional abilities and sensory-motor skills within the classroom setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with each student's needs and IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Maintain thorough records of progress and provide regular updates to the educational team
• Offer guidance and training to staff on integrating therapeutic strategies in the classroom
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing your expertise to goal-setting and problem-solving
