Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy license in California
• Previous experience providing OT services in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to the diverse needs of students
• Current credentials and certifications required for school-based OT practice

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans to support educational access and participation
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote students success
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Support students across a range of grade levels and abilities, adjusting interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
