Required Qualifications:

  • Active California Occupational Therapist license
  • Previous experience providing OT services in a school setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Passion for supporting diverse student populations with varying needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students to identify strengths and areas of need related to motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living tasks
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and collaborate on IEP meetings
  • Provide direct therapy services, consultation, and training to school staff and families
  • Adapt and modify tasks or environments to facilitate academic and social participation
  • Engage with students, educators, and families to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
