A position is available for an Occupational Therapist in Riverside, CA, working within a school setting on a contract basis. This role involves providing therapeutic support to students and collaborating with educational staff to enhance student learning and participation.
Qualifications:
- Valid California Occupational Therapy License
- Experience working as an Occupational Therapist in educational settings preferred
Job Details:
- Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
- Schedule: 5 days per week
- Service focus: School-aged children
- Caseload specifics will be provided upon placement
Responsibilities:
- Assessing students occupational therapy needs
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students educational progress
- Documenting interventions and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly
