Licensed Occupational Therapists (OT) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) with experience in schools or healthcare settings are highly encouraged to apply.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active California Occupational Therapy (OT) license in good standing
• Previous experience as an OT or COTA in a school or healthcare setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of assessments, interventions, and documentation related to IEPs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to various needs across K-12 students

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Occupational Therapy services to students as outlined by their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify functional and academic needs
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and provide input on student progress
• Design and implement therapeutic interventions that support student success and access to curriculum
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Offer training and support to staff and families as needed for student carryover of OT strategies
