• Proven experience as an Occupational Therapist within K-12 schools, healthcare, or home health settings
• Comfort and capability working with teletherapy platforms
• Valid OT licensure in California
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Flexibility to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to adapting therapy methods to meet individual needs
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for students with a variety of abilities
• Developing and implementing individualized intervention plans to promote engagement in school, self-care, and daily living skills
• Delivering direct therapy services both onsite and through teletherapy
• Consulting and collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure continuity of care
• Monitoring progress, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to IEP meetings
• Providing training and education for school staff and families when needed
