Key Qualifications:

• Active, valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California
• Demonstrated experience in school settings and a variety of service modalities, including teletherapy and home health
• Strong assessment, intervention, planning, and documentation skills
• Insight into supporting different types of disabilities, from physical to developmental
• Ability to thrive independently and within a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic school-based environment

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy plans for students, adapting as needed for in-person, home-based, or virtual sessions
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and reports
• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, families, and support staff to foster each students success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to program planning
• Provide support and education to school staff and families as necessary
