Providing occupational therapy services in an educational setting, this contract position is based in Riverside, CA, focusing on delivering comprehensive support within schools. The role emphasizes serving students with diverse needs through various OT practices, including home health, healthcare, and teletherapy modalities to ensure flexible and effective care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments and develop tailored intervention plans for students.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to support student development.
• Implement therapy sessions in person and via teletherapy to accommodate different student situations.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Support students with a range of disabilities, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility in school environments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and district regulations.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with a valid credential to practice in California.
• Experience in school-based OT, home health, healthcare settings, and teletherapy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage caseloads effectively in a school environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of disabilities and intervention strategies appropriate for children and adolescents.
