Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state
  • Experience working with school-aged children across elementary, middle, and high school settings
  • Strong collaboration skills for working alongside educators, families, and other specialists
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive educational environment

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct Occupational Therapy services to students, supporting their physical, cognitive, and emotional development
  • Perform assessments to determine students needs and strengths
  • Develop individualized goals and treatment strategies, aligned with each student's education plan
  • Consult regularly with teachers, administrators, and parents to monitor progress and adapt interventions as necessary
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, assessments, and student progress
  • Participate in student support team meetings and provide professional recommendations
