Qualifications and Experience:

• Active license as an Occupational Therapist
• School-based experience highly preferred
• Comfortable working with elementary, middle, and high school students
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to providing inclusive, evidence-based therapy

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy interventions in person, 37.5 hours per week during school hours
• Develop and implement treatment plans for a caseload of approximately 30 students, focusing primarily on the elementary population
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student learning and participation
• Complete assessments, monitor progress, and maintain detailed documentation in accordance with school and legal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse functional and academic needs
