Qualifications and Experience:
- Active license as an Occupational Therapist
- School-based experience highly preferred
- Comfortable working with elementary, middle, and high school students
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to providing inclusive, evidence-based therapy
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions in person, 37.5 hours per week during school hours
- Develop and implement treatment plans for a caseload of approximately 30 students, focusing primarily on the elementary population
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student learning and participation
- Complete assessments, monitor progress, and maintain detailed documentation in accordance with school and legal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse functional and academic needs
