This full-time, in-person role offers the chance to work closely with a diverse student groupprimarily elementary-agedempowering them to achieve their highest potential with your Occupational Therapy expertise.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid certification and licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Experience with school-aged populations, especially in school-based settings, is highly preferred
• Comfortable managing a caseload of approximately 30 students, primarily elementary level
• Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to deliver exceptional care
• Strong time management, communication, and documentation skills
• Positive, adaptable, and proactive approach to supporting student development

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students across elementary, and some middle and high school settings
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to integrate OT recommendations into daily routines and IEPs
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team consultations
• Educate school staff and families on strategies to support student success
