Key Qualifications:

• Valid and active Occupational Therapy license for the state of Colorado
• Previous experience in school settings preferred, working with K-12 populations
• Solid grasp of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), direct service provision, and documentation requirements
• Commitment to facilitating inclusive, supportive environments for students with a spectrum of needs
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students motor, social, and adaptive skills to determine appropriate OT interventions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers and related service providers
• Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings, providing insight and recommendations
• Offer direct therapy, consultative support, and training for staff to ensure student success in academic settings
• Adapt and modify activities and environments to promote students independence and participation
