Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license
  • Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification (required)
  • Previous school-based OT experience preferred
  • Experience supporting K-12 students with varying needs
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapeutic interventions to help students succeed in learning environments
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists on treatment plans
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
  • Support a caseload of approximately 55 students with diverse needs
