Job Description

A travel occupational therapy position is available to support students from kindergarten through 12th grade in Ridgefield, WA. This assignment offers a caseload of approximately 55 students and provides an opportunity to deliver essential therapeutic services within a dynamic school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school district policies.
  • Participate in evaluations and provide recommendations to support student needs.
  • Adapt interventions to meet diverse student abilities and educational environments.

Qualifications:

  • Valid ESA credential or equivalent state licensure in occupational therapy.
  • Experience working in school-based settings preferred.
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 55 students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to accommodate a travel assignment within the Ridgefield area and nearby cities including Vancouver, Woodland, and Camas.

Position Details:

  • Location: Ridgefield, Washington, with travel to nearby cities.
  • Assignment Dates: January 3, 2021 June 17, 2022.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
  • Student Age Range: Kindergarten through 12th grade.
