Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license
- Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification (required)
- Previous school-based OT experience preferred
- Experience supporting K-12 students with varying needs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic interventions to help students succeed in learning environments
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists on treatment plans
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
- Support a caseload of approximately 55 students with diverse needs
