Job Description

Provide occupational therapy services within a vibrant K-12 school setting located in Ridgefield, WA. This contracted position offers an opportunity to work with approximately 55 students across a diverse range of needs, supporting their developmental and educational goals. The assignment runs from early January through mid-June, delivering 35 hours of service per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized occupational therapy interventions aligned with students IEPs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to design and implement effective therapeutic strategies.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments and document student progress thoroughly.
  • Support students in developing skills necessary for academic and functional success within the school environment.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid ESA credential required.
  • Prior experience working as a school-based occupational therapist, ideally serving K-12 populations.
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 55 students with varying needs.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexible availability to accommodate interview scheduling and school requirements.

  • Ridgefield, Washington, with surrounding opportunities in Vancouver (98661), Woodland (98674), and Camas (98607).
