With a manageable caseload of 45-50 students, youll have the chance to impact student success and contribute to their growth across multiple age groups.

Key Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina Occupational Therapist license required
• Experience in schools, home health, or general healthcare OT settings is highly valued
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and students
• Compassionate approach and commitment to individualized student care
• Ability to organize, document, and manage caseload efficiently

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services directly to students in both individual and group settings
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each students needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate therapy into educational goals
• Track progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in required meetings and documentation
