Qualifications:

  • Active North Carolina Occupational Therapist license
  • Background in school-based OT, home health OT, or general occupational therapy
  • Experience or strong interest in working with students from elementary to middle school
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and implement occupational therapy interventions tailored to individual student needs
  • Develop and execute IEP goals, tracking and reporting progress regularly
  • Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to construct comprehensive support plans
  • Deliver group and individual therapy sessions in a school-based environment
  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation for all services rendered
  • Participate in IEP meetings and professional development initiatives
