This onsite contract position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse group of 45 to 50 students developing and implementing creative interventions that support each childs growth and independence. You'll play a vital role in promoting accessible learning, developing individualized goal plans, and ensuring students receive the highest quality therapy services. As a member of a dynamic school-based team, your insight will help integrate occupational therapy into daily routineshelping students reach their fullest potential.

To excel in this role, candidates should bring:

• Active North Carolina Occupational Therapist licensure
• Experience or interest in schools, home health, or healthcare-based OT
• Confidence working with elementary to middle school students
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in adapting strategies to diverse learning needs
• Commitment to providing compassionate, student-centered care

Responsibilities will include:

• Conducting evaluations and creating individualized plans of care
• Delivering direct intervention and tracking progress on therapy goals
• Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families
• Documenting sessions in compliance with professional standards
• Supporting students across campus settings to foster functional, academic, and social participation
• Participating in school-based meetings and ongoing professional development
