Qualifications:
- Current Washington Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
- ESA State Certification required
- Experience with elementary-aged children preferred
- Strong background in school-based OT, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy settings valued

- Commitment to ethical practices and ongoing professional growth
What Youll Do:
- Provide comprehensive OT services to elementary students as part of a collaborative educational team
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, and implement therapy strategies in accordance with student needs
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to foster student progress and engagement
- Track student goals, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Contribute to an inclusive and positive school culture that supports all learners
