An opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist specializing in school settings, based in Reno, NV. This role involves travel to various school locations, providing therapeutic services to support student development and participation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy evaluations and interventions tailored to students individual needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to enhance student learning and engagement.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving students functional abilities in the school environment.
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with educational and regulatory standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide strategies that support childrens well-being.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience working within educational or school-based settings.
• Ability and willingness to travel between schools within the Reno area.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school staff.
