Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Comfortable working with students across K-12 (elementary through high school)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to create and implement customized therapy plans
• Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation standards

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students to determine needs for occupational therapy services
• Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable therapy goals
• Work directly with students in group and one-on-one settings to support motor skills, sensory integration, and student participation
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student achievement
• Document progress and maintain compliance with all educational and therapy regulations
• Support classroom adaptations and provide consultative services to staff
