Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist license
• Experience providing therapy in school environments is preferred
• Comfortable supporting students in elementary, middle, and high school
• Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized plans to promote student independence
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Collaborative mindset and a passion for student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students needs and develop individualized therapy goals and treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to provide consistent support
• Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and student progress updates
• Maintain detailed records and comply with all reporting requirements
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet unique developmental and educational needs across age groups
