Key Qualifications:

• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working with elementary, middle, and/or high school students
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Solid grasp of IEP processes and individualized goal-setting
• Ability to adapt interventions to different age groups and learning styles

Essential Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify student needs and support eligibility determination
• Develop, implement, and monitor effective OT intervention plans
• Maintain detailed, timely documentation in compliance with school and district policies
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families on program planning and carryover strategies
• Contribute thoughtfully to IEP meetings, providing expertise in adaptive and occupational skills
• Support student participation in academic and extracurricular activities
• Offer consultation on environmental modifications, assistive technology, and classroom accommodations
