Job Description

A full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) position is available in Redmond, WA, supporting students district-wide, ages 3 to 22. This onsite role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of approximately 70 students alongside an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). The assignment extends through June 12, 2026, with potential for continuation into the 2026-2027 school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to students ages 3-22 in a school setting.
  • Collaborate with educational and support staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
  • Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with district guidelines.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to promote student success.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington State OT license required.
  • Experience in pediatric occupational therapy preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work effectively with children and young adults across a broad age range.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and administrators.

Location: Onsite position in Redmond, Washington.
