This full-time occupational therapy position offers the opportunity to work onsite in a K-12 school setting serving students district-wide, aged 3 to 22. The role involves collaborating with a dedicated COTA and managing a caseload of approximately 70 students. This contract covers the current school year through the 2026-2027 school year, providing a stable and engaging work environment in Redmond, WA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students aged 3-22 across multiple schools within the district
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student progress
- Collaborate closely with educators, therapists, and support staff to maximize student success
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state policies
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Washington State Occupational Therapy license required
- Experience working with school-aged children is preferred but not required
- Ability to manage a full caseload efficiently and effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with educators and support staff
- Commitment to supporting diverse student needs in a school setting
