Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current, active OT license in California
• Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other support staff
• Solid organizational skills to manage varying caseloads and documentation requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and interpret evaluation data to develop individualized intervention plans tailored to student needs
• Deliver targeted occupational therapy services individually or in group settings, supporting educational performance and functional skills
• Collaborate with teachers and educational teams to implement strategies that promote student participation in classroom activities
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal policies
• Engage in IEP meetings, communicating progress and recommendations to families and staff
• Support students development of fine motor, visual-motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills
