Job Description
This position is for a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide services within a K-12 school setting located in Reading, PA. The contract spans the current school year with a commitment of 35 hours per week, five days a week. The role involves delivering tailored occupational therapy services to support students developmental and educational needs.
Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania OT Licensure required
- Experience working in school-based occupational therapy preferred
- Ability to collaborate with educational staff and families
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students on your caseload
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements
