Qualifications and Experience:

• Current, valid Occupational Therapy license in Massachusetts
• Previous school-based OT experience highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of IEP process and documentation requirements
• Skilled in designing individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students as defined by Individualized Education Programs
• Conduct assessments to determine students strengths and areas for improvement
• Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, aides, and parents to support students educational goals
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations for student accommodations
