Your primary focus will be a manageable caseload of approximately 30 students, with the majority in elementary grades. Youll play a crucial part in helping students reach their fullest potential by supporting motor skills, sensory integration, and adaptive functioning in the classroom environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy licensure for school-based practice.
• Prior experience in school settings, especially with elementary-age children, is highly valued.
• Solid understanding of educationally relevant OT interventions across multiple school levels.
• Exceptional communication and documentation abilities.
• Adaptability and a passion for collaborative work with educators and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and deliver occupational therapy services to students of varying needs and ages.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, focusing primarily on elementary students.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student growth and participation in daily learning.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals and accommodations.
• Document progress, maintain compliance with administrative requirements, and ensure quality care at every step.
