Step into a fulfilling opportunity supporting K-12 learners as an Occupational Therapist in a school-based contract setting near Quincy, MA. This full-time position spans 32.5 hours each week, beginning as soon as possible and continuing through June 18, 2027. Youll be part of a collaborative educational environment, working directly with students to foster their growth, independence, and academic success.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapy License is required.
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy is preferred.
• Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and educational best practices.
• Skilled in assessing, planning, and implementing interventions for students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• Able to communicate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary school teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct treatment and consultative services to K-12 students as outlined in their IEPs.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify students needs and create meaningful, goal-oriented intervention plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and communications with staff and families.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and support staff to coordinate services and integrate therapy into the classroom.
• Provide guidance and resources to families and educational teams to promote carryover and generalization of skills.
