Job Description

Exciting contract opportunities are available for dedicated Occupational Therapists to support students for the 2026-2027 school year. Four full-time positions are open, each offering the chance to make a difference in a school-based setting near Poulsbo, WA. These roles are in-person only and require a commitment of 7.5 hours per day. Caseload assignments will be matched to your background and experience to best meet the needs of the students.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Completed Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited program
  • Active WA OT license and ESA certification
  • Must be fingerprinted via OSPI prior to starting
  • School-based or pediatric OT experience preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Adaptable and caring, with a passion for supporting students development

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive OT services to students according to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and set measurable goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Maintain accurate records and document progress
  • Stay current with industry best practices and district requirements
