What You'll Bring:

• Current Occupational Therapist license for the state of New York
• Prior experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred

• Familiarity with IEPs and multidisciplinary teamwork

What You'll Do:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Assess students functional abilities and develop tailored intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, other therapists, and staff to promote student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports
• Provide input at IEP meetings and offer recommendations for adaptive equipment or classroom modifications
• Educate families and staff to help generalize therapeutic strategies across settings
