A full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) is needed for a K-5th grade school site in Pottstown, PA, to provide leave coverage on a contract basis for the current school year (CSY). This opportunity involves working within a K-12 school setting, delivering therapy services to students and supporting their development and educational progress.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions to K-5 students
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
• Monitor student progress and document therapy outcomes
• Support students in developing skills essential for academic success and daily living
• Provide leave coverage, maintaining continuity of care throughout the absence period

Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings
• Ability to work effectively with children in elementary grades (K-5)
• Skills in adapting therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with school staff and families
• Experience providing OT services in healthcare or home health settings is a plus
