With a manageable caseload of approximately 30 studentsprimarily at the elementary levelyoull have the opportunity to provide individualized support and foster lasting developmental growth.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Current Occupational Therapy license valid for NM (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in school-based OT services preferred
• Comfort working with elementary, middle, and high school-aged students
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, both with students and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to helping students access the curriculum through creative, evidence-based interventions
• Dedication to professional growth and development within the educational setting

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs
• Develop and implement individualized intervention and treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other support staff to ensure cohesive care
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of services and progress
• Deliver services in a face-to-face, in-person school setting
• Provide support and training to staff as needed regarding strategies to support student independence and participation
