An opportunity is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide full-time, in-person support within a school setting in Portales, NM. This role involves working approximately 37.5 hours per week and managing a caseload of about 30 students, primarily at the elementary level, with some middle and high school students included.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student development and progress
- Maintain thorough documentation of student performance and therapy sessions
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary approach to student wellbeing
