Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active FL Occupational Therapist license and required school credentials
  • Experience in school-based, pediatric, home health, or broader healthcare OT preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with educational staff and families to support student development
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Compliance with background checks and district onboarding requirements

What Youll Do:

  • Provide assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct and consultation-based OT services within school settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and educational teams to promote student inclusion and progress
  • Document services, progress, and recommendations according to district guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student independence and success
