Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Washington Occupational Therapist license
• ESA Certification required
• Experience in school-based OT, teletherapy, home health, or other healthcare settings valued
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt services for students with diverse needs across all grade levels
• Organized, proactive, and compassionate approach to student care

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students in accordance with IEP goals and district policies
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized interventions to assist students in maximizing their participation and success at school
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to develop and support student-centered strategies
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports as required
• Engage in meetings, professional development, and teletherapy sessions as needed
• Adapt to in-person and remote therapy models to meet students where they are
