Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Washington Occupational Therapist license
- ESA Certification required
- Experience in school-based OT, teletherapy, home health, or other healthcare settings valued
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt services for students with diverse needs across all grade levels
- Organized, proactive, and compassionate approach to student care
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students in accordance with IEP goals and district policies
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized interventions to assist students in maximizing their participation and success at school
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to develop and support student-centered strategies
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports as required
- Engage in meetings, professional development, and teletherapy sessions as needed
- Adapt to in-person and remote therapy models to meet students where they are

Compensation for this position ranges from $35.00 to $65.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
