Exciting opportunities await for Occupational Therapists passionate about making a difference in K-12 education! Two contract positions are open for the 2026-2027 school year, serving schools in the vibrant Pontiac, MI area. With full-time hours (35 per week) from August 17, 2026, through June 11, 2027 (dates tentative), you'll provide crucial occupational therapy services to students across multiple grade levels.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Active Michigan OT license (please include a screenshot of current licensure with your application)
• Prior experience delivering occupational therapy services in school-based settings
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and adapting interventions for K-12 students
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and families
• Adaptability and professionalism in a dynamic school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide direct treatment to students per IEP requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional insights for student success
• Develop and implement interventions that promote student independence and academic engagement
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with legal regulations
• Engage families in their childs therapy process, offering strategies for ongoing support
