Key Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Washington Occupational Therapy credentials
  • Experience in school settings or working with children and adolescents
  • Comfort with teletherapy platforms, as well as in-person OT delivery
  • Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
  • Adaptability to evolving caseload details and ages served

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective OT services to students aged 5-18 across various schools, based on caseload assignment
  • Implement both virtual and on-site therapy interventions as needed
  • Develop and monitor student progress on treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student potential
  • Maintain thorough documentation and uphold privacy and compliance standards
  • Participate in scheduled Zoom interviews, with preparatory guidance offered in advance
