Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, offering flexibility to match your professional and personal goals.
Youll work with a dedicated team and have the opportunity to collaborate with educators and families to help every learner achieve their full potential. The caseload and specific details regarding the types of disabilities will be determined in coordination with school leadership. A Zoom interview will be scheduled, providing a chance to ask questions and learn more about the collaborative environment and resources available.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold active Occupational Therapy credentials for the state of Washington
- Experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
- Teletherapy OT experience valued, but not required
- Comfortable working with students ages 5-18
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to both onsite and virtual service delivery
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with student IEPs and school guidelines
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other related service providers
- Document all therapy sessions and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in team meetings, progress reviews, and student evaluations as needed
