What We're Looking For:
- Current Occupational Therapy license in Illinois
- Previous experience in school-based OT or a passion for pediatric settings
- Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies to varied student needs
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to fostering positive, inclusive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services and individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
- Work closely with teachers and family members to support student goals
- Facilitate skill development for academic participation and daily activities
- Travel between two school campuses to meet the needs of caseload
