Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Illinois OT license
  • Experience in school-based, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy occupational therapy preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to collaborative, student-centered care

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students across a diverse K-12 caseload
  • Develop individualized plans of care and monitor progress to meet students functional goals
  • Conduct assessments and document results to establish needs and track outcomes
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service personnel to ensure a holistic approach
  • Utilize a variety of service delivery models, including in-person and, if required, teletherapy
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with all state and federal guidelines
