Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state
• Experience providing OT services in school settings, home health, or teletherapy
• Background working with K-3 populations highly preferred
• Ability to tailor interventions for diverse developmental and physical needs
• Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills
• Team-oriented with adaptability to a school-based work culture

Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment, intervention, and consultation services for a caseload of K-3 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to promote student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide progress updates for the multidisciplinary team
• Support access to curriculum and participation in school routines through creative problem-solving
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adhere to school policies and timelines
