Qualifications:
- Current Arizona Occupational Therapy License required
- Valid AZ Fingerprint Card (to be obtained before start)
- Experience with children on the autism spectrum, developmental delays, and Down syndrome preferred
- No supervision of COTA required
- Dedicated to collaboration and flexibility, including attending meetings before or after typical school hours
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of kindergarten8th grade students across two schools
- Conduct school-aged evaluations and provide occupational therapy interventions
- Collaborate with educators and related service teams
- Document progress and contribute to IEP planning
- Participate in occasional meetings beyond standard school hours
