Job Title: School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) 2 Openings
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Full-Time
School Year: 20262027
Position Overview:
We are seeking two full-time Occupational Therapists to join a school-based team in Phoenix for the 20262027 school year. Positions are available at different grade levels, allowing candidates to work with the population that best fits their experience and interests.
Open Positions:
- Early Learning / Elementary (K3)
- Upper Grades (4th12th)
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students in a school setting
- Support fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Maintain IEP documentation and progress reporting
Requirements:
- Active Arizona OT license
- School-based experience preferred
- IVP fingerprint clearance card
Compensation & Benefits:
