School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Position Type: Full-Time | 20262027 School Year
We are actively seeking a motivated and student-centered Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school district in the Phoenix area. This role offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team while helping students build the skills they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom. Multiple Caseloads Available.
What Youll Do:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students with physical, developmental, and sensory needs
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Support students in improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
What You Bring:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Arizona OT license (or ability to obtain)
- IVP Fingerprint Card
- School-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- A proactive, student-focused approach
