Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Occupational Therapist license for Arizona (or eligibility for licensure)
• Experience working with school-aged children, from early childhood through adolescence
• Familiarity with IEPs and school-based documentation
• Ability to create and implement custom treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Adaptable, solution-oriented, and compassionate approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive OT assessments to identify students strengths and needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized goals and interventions within the school setting
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support students participation in classroom and daily routines
• Facilitate group and individual sessions tailored to each students objectives
• Educate staff and caregivers on therapeutic strategies and adaptive tools
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and professional development activities
