Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active OT license valid in Arizona, or eligibility to obtain
• Experience working with children or adolescents, especially in educational settings
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
• Proficiency with evaluation tools, IEP documentation, and therapeutic interventions
• Adaptable and solution-focused mindset

Main Responsibilities:

• Assess students fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to integrate strategies into daily routines
• Contribute to the development and review of IEPs
• Document evaluations, therapy progress, and outcomes as required by school policies and regulations
• Empower students to reach their fullest academic and functional potential
• Provide staff training and consultation as needed
