This onsite position is located near Phoenix, AZ and centers on providing support to children with a variety of needs, including those on the autism spectrum, with developmental delays, and Down syndrome. As part of a dedicated team, you will conduct evaluations, implement intervention plans, and witness your impact in an engaging school environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and valid Arizona Occupational Therapist (OT) license is required
• Experience working with school-aged children with diverse needs, especially Autism, developmental delays, and Down syndrome is highly valued
• Familiarity with school-based OT evaluation and documentation practices
• Ability to effectively manage a caseload across grades K-8
• Strong communication and collaborative skills with educators, staff, and families
• No supervision of COTA required

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct OT services to students, ranging from kindergarten through eighth grade
• Complete thorough evaluations and develop individualized plans to address student needs
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation following school and state guidelines
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
• Communicate progress and treatment plans with families and staff
• Adapt interventions to align with educational objectives and student goals
