Utilizing your skills in school-based occupational therapy, you will collaborate with teachers and IEP teams to deliver valuable assessment, intervention, and support services. Desired Qualifications:

• Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Arizona
• Prior experience in school-based OT setting preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of assessments, evaluations, and IEP processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to interpret evaluation data and develop effective plans
• Collaborative spirit to work with educational teams, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings and detailed occupational therapy assessments for students
• Analyze and interpret assessment results and related data
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to IEP teams and parents
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEPs and/or 504 plans
• Deliver direct, student-centered OT services in alignment with goals
• Provide guidance to teachers and COTAs to promote student success and inclusion
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
