Key Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona Occupational Therapist license
- IVP fingerprint clearance card (required)
- Experience in a school-based OT setting, broader healthcare, or home health valued
- Pediatric experience strongly preferred
- Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group therapy to support student development and functional independence
- Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and participate in IEP meetings
- Maintain thorough documentation of progress and communicate with families, educators, and related service professionals
- Adapt therapeutic strategies to meet diverse needs across multiple caseloads
- Support student success and participation in both academic and daily activities
