Make a difference every day by providing essential occupational therapy services to students from PreK through 8th grade in a dynamic and supportive school environment. This contract opportunity near Phoenix, AZ, offers the chance to work full-time37.5 hours per week over 5 dayspartnering with educators and families to help students reach their fullest potential.
Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona Occupational Therapy (OT) license
- Current IVP fingerprint clearance card
- Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for supporting students with diverse needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students strengths and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to IEP goals
- Provide direct occupational therapy interventions in both individual and group formats
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Adapt therapy approaches to serve a variety of age groups from PreK through 8th grade
