This full-time position (37.5 hours per week) invites a dedicated and collaborative clinician to positively impact young learners by enhancing their academic and functional skills within a supportive school-based setting.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license
- Current IVP fingerprint clearance card required
- Experience in school-based OT, home health, or pediatric OT care preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and record-keeping abilities
- Collaborative spirit and adaptability to support varied caseloads
- Passion for empowering students and partnering with educators and families
Responsibilities and Core Duties:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students in K-8 grades according to IEPs
- Perform evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to facilitate successful classroom participation
- Document therapy sessions and maintain compliance with school district policies
- Support inclusive educational environments and contribute to team meetings
- Encourage engagement and self-advocacy skills in students
