Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license recognized in the state of Pennsylvania

  • Familiarity with IEP processes, goal setting, and documentation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Adaptable to a variety of classroom environments and student needs
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess students needs and develop individualized occupational therapy plans
  • Deliver direct therapy sessions for students in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional input for student plans
  • Maintain accurate records and progress notes following school and regulatory standards
  • Provide resources and training to school personnel and families for the support of student growth
