Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Active OT license with experience in schools, home health, healthcare, and teletherapy
• Background in conducting evaluations, managing IEPs, and delivering both direct and indirect services
• Current IL SSW License
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to working with diverse student populations
• Ability to contribute to interdisciplinary teams, adapting to varied learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive OT services to students, including assessment, development, and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct thorough evaluations and deliver both direct and indirect occupational therapy interventions
• Collaborate with educational staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth and achievement
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and contribute to the overall success of the therapy department
