Key Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio Occupational Therapist license (required)
• Experience working in a school-based setting preferred
• Comfort providing OT services across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with staff, students, and families
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt interventions to meet individual needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students needs to develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services within school settings
• Collaborate with educational teams to integrate therapy goals into students educational plans
• Document progress and maintain up-to-date records in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Engage with families to support student achievement and facilitate carryover of skills
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
